Levi Ibbotson, 39, has been jailed for 18 months after pleading guilty of racially aggravated harassment.
He ‘left the victim shocked and in fear of being attacked’ after shouting racial abuse and threatening a female Polish bus driver on a Bradford-Wakefield Arriva bus at 1500hrs in January.
Leeds Crown Court heard that Mr Ibbotson said: “This is my country. Get back to Poland.”
He has previous convictions for robbery and public order offences. At the time of the incident was on a suspended sentence for burglary.
