Stagecoach Manchester has celebrated a collective 1,033 years of service at the company’s annual Long Service Awards.
Recognising employees who have worked at the company for 20 years or over, the awards thanked 35 members of staff for their commitment to the company.
Elisabeth Tasker, Stagecoach Manchester MD, says: “The number of staff recognised at the Long Service Awards continues to grow each year, and I’d like to thank each and every one of them for their dedication and hard work.
Particular commendation was awarded to James McCort of the Hyde Road depot, Jimmy Crompton and John Broadbent, who are based in Stockport, as well as Frank Fowles and Stephen Porter of the Sharston depot, who have all dedicated an admirable 40 years to Stagecoach Manchester.
Retiree, John Kevill, was also commended for clocking up an impressive 32 years with the company.
