ALBUM has named the Gold Sponsors for its 2026 conference in Blackpool on 11-13 May, with Passenger Technology Group and Pelican Bus and Coach confirming their support in those top-tier positions.

Blackpool Transport will again host the conference. ALBUM notes that preparations for the flagship event “are well underway.” Its acclaimed 2025 gathering in Nottingham drew over 400 delegates and 50 trade exhibitors, with demand already strong for this year.

During 2025 there was a 60% net increase in Associate members of ALBUM. Such a growing community “strengthens the conference as a marketplace for ideas, partnerships and collaboration, making sponsorship and exhibition opportunities more valuable than ever,” the group adds.

As before, the 2026 conference will give members three days of insight, peer discussion and networking. The speaker programme will bring together senior leaders, policy voices and industry specialists to explore shared challenges, emerging opportunities and best practice.

Over 50% of exhibition trade space for 2026 is already booked. ALBUM is encouraging other suppliers to secure their involvement early. Opportunities remain available across a range of levels including Silver and Bronze sponsorships, exhibition stands, programme advertising, and various targeted options.

Passenger and Pelican’s positions as Gold Sponsors continue their support for ALBUM and collaboration across the SME and municipal bus sector. Passenger develops customer experience platforms for operators and transport authorities, while Pelican is the UK supplier of Yutong coaches and buses.

Passenger CEO Tom Quay observes: “Partnership is at the heart of everything we do. Passenger is thrilled to team up with ALBUM once again as Gold Sponsor to support the 2026 conference and contribute to the incredible energy and insights that this event brings to our professional community.”

Pelican Bus and Coach Head of Yutong UK Ian Downie adds: “Pelican is honoured to continue our support for ALBUM members through our Gold sponsorship of the 2026 conference.

“2025’s conference in Nottingham was one of the highlights of our year, and we are positive that the Blackpool event will be as informative and enjoyable, and a great opportunity to see all of the operators and fellow suppliers.”

Further details of sponsorship opportunities, stands and delegate tickets are available via the ALBUM conference website.
