Arriva Yorkshire held a launch event in York city centre last Monday (22 October), which saw hundreds of people celebrate the upgraded fleet on the 415 Selby-York service.
The royal-themed event showcased Arriva’s upgraded Sapphire buses which have now gone live on the 415 route between York and Selby. The day included free pizza, live entertainment from MinsterFM as well as guest appearances from beefeaters and even ‘royal family’ members.
The nine upgraded Sapphire buses have leather-style seats, USB charging, free wi-fi and audio-visual next-stop announcements.
