CMAC offers a managed ground transport and accommodation service to customers throughout the UK. It attributes its success to three pillars; a knowledgeable dedicated team, excellent supplier relations and investment in relevant technology.

It has a bespoke operational system with interfaces for the team, clients and suppliers.

Using the CMAC Partner Portal, suppliers can create a profile and can upload necessary documentation and indicate their availability.

The CMAC team can then see which suppliers are suitable and available for work as it comes in. Suppliers can also upload invoices and update account details to ensure that they are paid promptly, without errors.

Paying suppliers promptly is a priority. It was one of the first companies in the UK to introduce Barclays PrecisionPay, an innovative payment solution that has simplified reconciling invoices and payments.

Investment in simplifying payments has strengthened supplier relationships, which means CMAC can secure the services its clients require and provide a reliable service. Everyone benefits from CMAC’s investment in operational technology.
