It has been revealed that passengers in Powys, who have travelled on a National Express coach to London, have been paying more than double the price of people getting the same coach 60 miles earlier.
Passengers in towns of Newtown and Welshpool complained after they were charged £80, compared to those in Aberystwyth (60 miles earlier) who paid just £35.
National Express said prices were based on demand, but it would lower some fares.
