The Vehicle Drivers (Certificates of Professional Competence) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 have been laid before Parliament.
These Regulations will ensure the continuation of the driver CPC regime following the UK’s exit from the EU.
The Confederation of Passenger Transport says that it understands that there will be a series of technical notes published in September concerning bus and international coach operations following the UK’s exit from the EU.
