Two weeks after the reshuffle the Department for Transport (DfT) has yet to confirm the responsibilities of its two newly-appointed ministers.
There has been no explanation of the unusually long period of waiting.
Jesse Norman, MP for Hereford and South Herefordshire, is tipped to become buses minister and Lord Callanan to take on aviation, both currently vacant roles.
Unusually, other departments have also yet to confirm some responsibilities.
