Dr Jenner’s House in Berkeley is offering a new walking tour of the Cotswolds town, called ‘Edward Jenner’s Berkeley’, to pre-booked groups.
The guided tour, for groups of 10-20, lasts one hour and is followed by tea, coffee and biscuits. It costs £12pp, which includes entry to the museum.
The museum, based in the 18th century doctor’s house and garden, tells the story of Edward Jenner, who created the vaccine against smallpox. Other extras, plus out-of-hours visits, are also available for groups.
The attraction offers free admission and refreshments for drivers, free fam visits, and free coach parking at Berkeley Castle.
