Elaine Ward has joined wholesaler Norman Allen Group Travel, as Business Development Manager.
Well-known in the coach tourism industry, with a background in hotels, her role will be to maintain regular contact with clients across the country by phone, email and personal visits, and to develop new business.
She takes over from Laurie Kennard, who has been with the company since 1992. Laurie will remain working alongside her, on a part-time basis, and he’ll also be increasingly involved with other sales and marketing activity and specific project work.
