Revised guidance and new forms about the sudden change to the procedures to bus service registrations in England have now been published.
The changes, which came in with no notice on 24 April, were not supported by any online information by any government body [routeone/2 May/News].
Now, 12 days after the change was made law, revised guidance (PSV353A) has been published by the Traffic Commissioners, along with revised application forms (PSV355)
