EVM Direct Ltd have welcomed Ben Lane – an experienced Field Service Engineer who is based out of North Yorkshire – to its team.

Ben joins the EVM team to carry out servicing and after-sales support to their new and existing large customer base.

He comes with a wealth of experience within the passenger service industry, spending the past nine years specialising in coach and bus systems.

EVM has expanded its customer base significantly in the last 3 years and as a result has been steadily growing its team at its base in Crawley, West Sussex.

“EVM expects substantial growth in the coming years thanks to our success with some large orders and the continued growth of our customer base, and it is key to our success that our customers continue to experience the solid aftersales support EVM has been known for,” says Sales Director Danny Mcgee.

Ben comments “I am very excited to start a new challenge within EVM. I’m very familiar with the product and how well received it is in the marketplace, so when the opportunity presented itself, I jumped onboard.”
