Arriva has announced plans to expand the ArrivaClick DRT service to the north of England following a successful first year of the pilot project that serves Kent Science Park in Sittingbourne.
App-based ArrivaClick uses EVM-converted Mercedes-Benz Sprinters. Their luxurious specification has been part of almost nine in ten users saying that they would recommend the service. More than half of users have switched from private transport.
“With our plans to expand ArrivaClick to other locations in the UK, we are excited about its future and the benefits it can bring,” says Arriva MD UK Bus Kevin O’Connor.
