I would like to congratulate you on a first class event – the routeone Awards – last Wednesday.
I always marvel at how the restaurant staff manage to get all the meals out to everyone so quickly and so hot. The menu was good and the portions excellent.
As usual, the presentations were interesting and not always as predicted, but that’s half of the fun.
Your event is a very important date in the coach and bus operators’ diary, and long may it continue to be so.
We were both delighted and pleased to be awarded the Best Small Bus Operator Award again this year. It proves that judging is truly on the merits of the operator, and not on the basis of ‘we should give it to someone else this year’.
