A French coach driver, who crashed at the Eurotunnel terminal in Folkestone, is being reported for summons for exceeding driving hours, failing to rest and driving with multiple serious defects.
He was carrying 47 schoolchildren and five of their teachers – No one was injured.
Police were called after reports that a coach collided with the carriage when leaving the train.
