Hearn’s Coaches of Harrow is a further operator to engage with FlixBus UK as part of what the travel technology company describes as “a long-term partnership.” Hearn’s will operate scheduled coach services between points including London, Leicester and Bradford from 12 May.
Services will initially operate daily but FlixBus says that additional departures may potentially by added “as demand increases for the high season this summer.”
Adds Hearn’s Coaches Director Jamie Thacker: “We have been really impressed with the rapid growth that FlixBus has achieved in a very short space of time here in the UK. Joining as a partner is an exciting step for us, and we expect to see strong results as consumer demand increases.
“The team in London could not have been more welcoming, offering support from the moment we began discussions. We are looking forward to seeing what we can achieve together.”
The partnership between FlixBus UK and family-owned Hearn’s Coaches follows hot on the heels of the travel technology company’s tie-up with Berrys Coaches and Roselyn Coaches to open a route between London and Plymouth, and expansion of its existing Anglo-Scottish network with established partner McGill’s Buses.
