The London Tourist Coach Operators Association (LTCOA) has confirmed a new look to its board, which will take the association forward to meet the challenges in London over the next few years.

Andy Palmer and Peter Rice have joined the board. Mr Palmer is Director of Operations at the Impact Group, while Mr Rice is co-owner of Southgate and Finchley Coaches.

At the same time three board members have decided to step down: Mark Anderson (Director, Anderson Travel), Paul Hockley (MD, Redwing Coaches) and Debbie Newman (Clarkes Coaches).

LTCOA Chairman Stephen Telling says: “All have committed time and energy to the association and it would not be in the shape that it is today without their endeavours.

“The coach industry in London and their passengers have much to be thankful for, especially the trial for setting down and picking up coaches on red routes for which they were the original architects.”

The rest of the board comprises Neil Pegg (City Circle UK), Judy Dale (Royale European Coaches), Stephen Telling (Chairman) and Peter Bradley (Director of Administration and Development).
