McGill’s has brought back its Aberdeen Adventurer open-top bus tour for a second year.
Operating from 30 March to 20 September, the service returns after what McGill’s describes as a successful introduction in 2025.
Passengers on the open-top bus are able to enjoy views of Union Terrace Gardens, the River Dee, grand architecture and the rest of Aberdeen’s most famous landmarks, while listening to the audio commentary.
Stephen Riggans, Area Director for McGill’s Scotland North, says: “It’s a fantastic moment for us as we get ready to roll out season two of the Aberdeen Adventurer. Last year’s launch created such a buzz, and we’re thrilled to bring back the open-top experience.
“McGill’s was proud to play a part in such a landmark year, and we’re carrying that momentum and positivity straight into 2026.”
McGill’s has increased frequency compared to last year, with the buses now departing every 45 minutes.
Mr Riggans adds: “The response to our inaugural year was incredible. The enthusiasm, the feedback, the support – it all exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to welcome everyone aboard again for a bigger, brighter, and even more memorable season of the Aberdeen Adventurer.”
Tickets are valid all day, with options including £20 for an adult and £45 for a family of two adults and up to three children.
