The musical adaptation of Nativity will return to London in 2018 following its run at the Eventim Apollo in December last year.

The adaptation of the film starring Martin Freeman, tells the story of a primary school teacher who heads into competition to put on a better nativity play than a rival school.

Nativity the Musical will return to the Eventim Apollo from 19-31 December 2018. It will also tour venues across the UK in cities including Coventry, Liverpool, Glasgow, Milton Keynes, Nottingham, Edinburgh, Oxford.

Debbie Isitt, the creator of the film series, has written and directed the stage musical for which she has also written the music and lyrics with Nicky Ager.

She says: “I am so proud of this fantastic musical we created for 2017 and the extremely talented cast that brought this show to life.”

Casting for the 2018 run is yet to be announced.
