A new end-to-end ticketing platform has been launched by UK-based technology business The Hub Company.
Following ITSO and contactless EMV certification, the platform includes account-based ticketing, fare-capping, data management and customer loyalty capabilities.
The Hub Company, which was founded in 1996, is a “digital transformation” business and has provided ticketing and payment systems for National Express, Transport for West Midlands and the Go-Ahead Group.
It claims to have integrated 40 million customer journeys and processed £400 million worth of payments.
The tap on, tap off solution uses Aurionpro’s SCV500 Validator, Littlepay’s MTT payment system and The Hub’s SmartABT platform.
The company promises that the offering “minimises dependence on external components, resulting in a secure, efficient and cost-effective global ticketing system compatible”. It is compatible with cEMV, ITSO, and barcode tickets.
“We’re excited to provide a fully certified, all-in-one solution designed to improve both the customer experience and operational efficiency,” says Sam Rudder, The Hub Company CEO.
“Our platform not only simplifies ticketing but also enables operators to build stronger connections with their customers through data-driven insights, ensuring greater operational efficiency and enhanced customer loyalty.”
