Chiddingstone Castle, where groups can explore Tudor origins (and have lunch)

Two Kent attractions have joined forces to offer a group day out for £26pp, including a ploughman’s lunch.

The day starts at Chiddingstone Castle with a guided tour of the house, which has Tudor origins and Victorian rooms. There are Egyptian, Japanese Stuart and Buddhist artefacts, and groups can uncover a story of unrequited love and attempted murder.

The group is given their ploughman’s lunch here before heading to Knole for the afternoon, to discover 600 years of history at the famous National Trust property. It has world-class paintings and furniture, 1,000-acre medieval deer park and a changing programme of events.

The offer is available for groups of 15+ or more on Mondays and Tuesdays only, April-October 2018.

Pre-book through Chiddingstone Castle on 01892 872746 or events@chiddingstonecastle.org.uk
