In a move to honour its workforce, TBC Conversions, a leading vehicle conversion specialist, has announced a long-service reward scheme for 20 of its dedicated staff members.

The company, known for its conversion work across the UK and Ireland, is demonstrating its commitment to recognising the hard work and dedication of its workforce. Employees who have completed five years or more with the company will be eligible for additional annual leave, with the potential to accrue up to five extra days off to utilise at their discretion.

Commenting on the initiative, Donavon McKillen, Commercial Director at TBC, highlights the value of the team’s devotion.

“Celebrating our team’s success and their commitment is integral to the culture at TBC,” he says. Donavon also expresses gratitude towards the dedication of the team during a period of extensive growth.

TBC says the move highlights the company’s belief in rewarding loyalty and hard work, reflecting the core values of the organisation.

“It’s fantastic to see the high numbers of long serving employees at TBC, showcasing our efforts to create generations of skilled and trusted professionals that go above and beyond for our customers,” Donavon adds.
