Tiger European of Nottingham has taken delivery of its first Scania coach, a K360NI with Touring bodywork.

The 10.9m PSVAR-compliant coach will be used on a variety of work by the operator, which will celebrate its 50th anniversary this year.

The Scania has 42 half-leather seats, each with USB charging points, and wood-effect flooring.

It comes with side radar protection system for added protection of other road users.

Other features include a rear floor-mounted toilet, two monitors, refrigerator, Webasto heater and alloy wheels.

Scania Regional Account Manager Richard Austin says Tiger European General Manager Dustej Golar wanted to mark the anniversary with purchase of a new coach.

“I am privileged that Dustej chose the Scania product,” says Mr Austin. “The coach is a really nice specification and also has the benefit of the Scania two years repair and maintenance package.  It will be used on all kinds of work from tours to day excursions to private hire and schools and college work.”
