The TAS Partnership has revealed its latest approach to encouraging conversations and positive actions on wellbeing, mental health and mental illness awareness for its staff.

Meera Rambissoon FCILT, Senior Consultant at the TAS Partnership

TAS will be compiling a body of information, accessible to all staff online which will include medical and CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy-founded) guides on issues such as stress and guidance on what to do if anyone is worried about their own mental health or that of a colleague.

John Taylor, TAS Director says: “With so much focus on technology it’s too easy to forget that transport is essentially about people, both as producers and as consumers.”
