To celebrate the Year of Young People 2018, thousands of young people across Scotland are to receive a 20% off discount on all Scottish Citylink coach services.

All Young Scot cardholders can now benefit from discounts on standard tickets including a single, day return and open returns. This discount is available on off-peak and on peak-travel.

The cut-price travel is available to all young people who show the coach driver their Young Scot National Entitlement Card.

Scottish Citylink Operations Director Peter Knight, says: "This is great news for young people across Scotland. We understand the importance of providing affordable and reliable travel for the many young people who use our services and hope they will take advantage of this fantastic discount. We support the Scottish Government's Developing the Young Workforce initiative and our services are vital in helping young people access education, employment, health and leisure facilities."
