Go Goodwins of Eccles has added three Alexander Dennis Enviro200s to its fleet. They carry the Little Gem brand, which Go Goodwins introduced in 2019 when it re-entered the local bus market.

The new additions are 9.7m long and have 36 SmartSeats with belts. They are branded for routes 391 and 392 between Macclesfield and Stockport. Go Goodwins took those services over on 22 June under contract to Cheshire East Council.

Says Director Wes Goodwin: “We have been buying Alexander Dennis (ADL) buses since 2011. The versatile Enviro200 is exactly what we need for our bus operations, which is why we prefer it. It is always a pleasure to deal with Richard Matthews, Retail Sales Director, and Charlie Miller, Regional Sales Manager, as our contacts at ADL.”

Adds Mr Matthews: “It is easy to see why the Enviro200 is Britain’s favourite minibus. It is manoeuvrable, efficient and comfortable.

“Combined with excellent availability for immediate delivery, we are proud to support Go Goodwins’ Little Gem buses on the services for Cheshire East Council.”
