The Directors of Transport for Liverpool CIC (community interest company), have unanimously agreed a proposal to begin the wind-up procedure of the company.
In a brief statement the directors say: “This decision is made in the light of a Merseytravel decision to disallow a tender bid as the company does not have a current O-Licence.
“It would be inappropriate for any further details to be released. This is to allow Merseytravel to respond to formal complaint.”
