Planet Ice in Peterborough has recently introduced parking charges and I thought I ought to share this information with other operators.
Unfortunately, my company was issued with two parking fines after two of my coaches visited during December. Having visited many times before we weren’t aware of the new charges for coaches nor were we told about them.
I’m pleased to say with the help from the management at Planet Ice and several emails and phone calls we’ve now had the fines rescinded, but if you could mention the new parking restrictions in your next issue l think it may be helpful to others.
