Alfie Rae (pictured) has been named Operations Director by C9 Recruitment. He brings seven years’ experience in the recruitment sector and a strong understanding of the coach and bus industry’s specific challenges in that area.
Mr Rae is expected to make an immediate contribution to C9’s growth and operational success. His decision to join has been driven by a desire “to work with a forward-thinking company that values innovation and client satisfaction,” the business adds.
“Having admired C9’s commitment to delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with clients, Alfie was eager to play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s growth and enhancing operational efficiency,” the supplier continues.
“His strategic approach, combined with his passion for process improvement, aligns perfectly with the company’s objectives and will be key to driving day-to-day operations and delivering outstanding results.”
C9 Recruitment CEO Sam Wharfe notes that he has an established professional relationship with Mr Rae. “When the opportunity arose at just the right time, we knew he would be a key asset in our continued growth,” continues Mr Wharfe.
“His leadership and expertise will help us to stay ahead in this fast-paced sector, ensuring that we continue to deliver the exceptional service our clients expect while scaling operations to meet growing demand.”
Mr Rae says that he will work to streamline operations at C9 and to ensure that client expectations continue to be exceeded. “C9 Recruitment has a strong reputation in the industry for its client-first approach, and I am excited to contribute to the team,” he adds.
Mr Rae is a further senior arrival to C9 and follows the appointment of Daniel Lunn as Commercial Manager in September. “Alfie is a superb addition to the C9 Recruitment team. His knowledge and attention to detail are second-to-none,” says Mr Lunn.
“Alfie is an asset to the business and team. His contributions will continue to build and improve the offering from C9 Recruitment, which will ultimately benefit all stakeholders.”
