Go-coach has worked with Sevenoaks District Council to take double winter Olympic champion Lizzy Yarnold on a victory parade around local schools and the district.
She travelled in an open top Routemaster, and this was supported by go-coach’s new gold Optare Metrocity.
Lizzy won consecutive Olympic gold medals in 2014 and 2018. She is the most successful British Winter Olympian, and the most successful Olympic Skeleton athlete of all time from any nation.
Austin Blackburn, MD Go-coach says: “We operated her tour of Sevenoaks back in 2014 and were more than happy to do the same this time. It was the perfect opportunity to use the new gold Optare Metrocity to carry council workers and press.”
