Mark Jordan has been named Head of Aftersales by Irizar UK. He joins the dealership from National Express Transport Solutions subsidiary Lucketts Travel, where he was formerly Head of Engineering.
The newly created Head of Aftersales role will support Irizar UK customers in both the coach and zero-emission bus segments. Mr Jordan brings over 30 years’ engineering experience to the position. He has worked with Irizar UK as a customer and a supplier since its inception. His career in the industry began as an apprentice engineer.
Speaking about the appointment, Irizar UK Managing Director Andrew Blundell says: “I am absolutely delighted to have been able to attract someone of Mark’s calibre and experience to join the Irizar UK team.
“He will undoubtedly add significant value to our aftersales offering, and help to support our customers throughout their Irizar ownership experience.”
