Network Warrington has appointed David Leonard – who has more than 37 years’ bus industry experience – as new Head of Customer Delivery.

“I want to engage with the team at Network Warrington, from the drivers and engineers to the travel shop staff, to ensure that everyone is pulling in the same direction for the good of the customer,” says David.

“Listening to our customers to find out about their experiences is essential, and I want to promote Network Warrington as a viable transport option that works for the people of Warrington and wider Cheshire.

“It is their right to expect a reliable, affordable bus company and I want to work alongside our staff and passengers to ensure that we meet these expectations.”

Ben Wakerley, Managing Director at Network Warrington, says: “The company has undergone a lot of change over the last few months.

“We have introduced cheaper, quicker routes such as “The Pops” and “Dallam Discount” initiatives, and with David’s expertise we are hoping to deliver an even better service in future.”
