Former Stephenson’s of Essex Finance Director Lyn Watson, 61, has died, following heart problems.
He retired in 2014, having become a shareholder and director in the firm in 1995.
A Chartered Accountant, he founded Barrons in 1996 and acted for a number of coach and bus operators.
He leaves his former wife and two daughters.
The funeral is at 1520hrs on Wednesday 24 May at Southend Crematorium (SS2 5PX), followed by a wake at the Roslin Beach Hotel, Southend, SS1 3BG
