Mark Gibbon, 50, Arriva Bus (UK) General Manager Redcar & Cleveland, died while at home on 1 June.
He worked for Arriva for 20 years, beginning his career as a driver.
The funeral is on Friday 8 June at 1330hrs in St Bede's Chapel Teesside Crematorium, TS5 7HD and afterwards at The Yellow Rose TS5 6EN.
