Reading Buses has celebrated its female employees following International Women’s Day.
Women throughout the company have been featured on its website and social media channels.
The women featured are: Business Development Manager, Gemma Redson; Driver and union representative, Jennie Hughes; Driver and Driver Buddy, Deanna Chard-Peters; Digital Ticketing Admin Assistant, Karen Marshall (pictured); Engineering Administrator, Kerry Davey; and Night Supervisor, Denise Pyzzie.
Female drivers make up 15% of the company’s workforce, with the average in the UK at 8%.
