Coventry steering specialist, Pailton Engineering, has added three new employees to the team in line with the company's continued development and Lean transformation.
All three appointments are external hires for newly created roles.
Rob McDermott takes on the role of purchasing manager, with a cornerstone role in coordinating all purchasing related activity in the business.
The role will also require the development and maintenance of professional working relationships with suppliers.
Roger Brereton joins as head of sales, bringing his previous experience in the automotive sector to his new role.
He will be responsible for maximising new business opportunities while maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships and streamlining the front-end sales process.
Dave Randle, again from the automotive sector, takes on the role of new business development manager. His role will involve working closely with technical staff and other colleagues to ensure the needs of customers are met.
This role will be key to developing new business opportunities and helping to present innovative new products and designs as part of the product continuous improvement process.
