A management reshuffle at Warrington’s Own Buses has seen Gareth Mead join the company as head of commercial.
With more than 20 years’ experience in the transport industry, Gareth joins after the retirement of Director of Operations, David Blainey. Duane Henderson, who joined earlier in 2018 as Deputy Operations Director will step into the Interim Operations Director role with Gareth supporting the commercial growth of the company.
Gareth says: “Warrington’s Own Buses is an ambitious company and I look forward to identifying new business opportunities and using the latest data analysis techniques to improve the way we plan and operate our services.
“Being a municipally-owned company which reinvests income back into services for Warrington’s residents, I’ll be getting out and about on the network to speak to our passengers to see how we can make our offer even better.”
