Almost two months after it changed the rules about registering Bus Services in England, the Department for Transport has finally issued formal guidance to explain how the new system works. alt=”” src=”https://route-one.net/wp-content/uploads/DfT_changes.jpg” style=”float:right” />
The DfT has yet to issue an explanation or apology for its failure to consult or inform the industry or local authorities, before making the unannounced changes on 24 April.
