Fuel management provider for larger commercial vehicle fleet operators Keyfuels has returned an excellent satisfaction rating in its latest customer survey.
Users rated Keyfuels at 100% for providing innovative solutions and services to meet customers’ needs, 100% for keeping promises and 95.6% for overall satisfaction. The survey included around 20% of Keyfuels’ customers.
The company says that its Controlmax product is a good example of commitment to operators.
“It enables fleet managers to control and receive alerts for the fuel usage of their vehicles and drivers in real time, based on individually set rules,” says Head of Business Development Paul Boycott.
“If those rules are compromised – for example, the maximum number of times a driver can fill up, or the days and times of the week it is permitted – the fleet manager receives an instant notification.
“This empowers managers to hone and improve driver behaviour and habits for maximum efficiency while retaining total control. It has been very well received by customers.”
Keyfuels now has 2,025 fuelling sites in its network and says that customer centricity has always been at the heart of its business.
