Stertil Koni has supplied a range of garage equipment to Go North East for its new Consett depot, including four sets of ST1075FWA mobile wireless column vehicle lifts.
Every set has four individual columns. Those columns each have a safe lifting capacity of 7,500kg, delivering a combined 30,000kg combined capability when used as a set.
The columns include Stertil’s maintenance-free synthetic runner wheel system, which is self-lubricating and covered by a lifetime guarantee.
An integral advanced hydraulic lifting system includes a microprocessor-controlled synchronisation function to ensure safe, smooth and precise movement at all times.
Safety is further enhanced by an independent mechanical locking system integrated within each column, preventing inadvertent lowering.
Every column has Stertil Koni’s Ebright Smart Control System. It gives flexibility by allowing workshop staff to operate the columns individually, in pairs or in any other configuration as required.
The Ebright Smart Control System includes full-colour touch-screen consoles. It has been designed and developed to simplify use by providing maximum visual information about every lifting operation, says the manufacturer. It also shows how many columns in the set are being used.
