On Monday (5 March), Lothian welcomed First Minister Nicola Sturgeon, as part of Scottish Apprenticeship Week.
The First Minister met the company’s twenty-nine trainee apprentices at Lothian’s Annandale Street workshop.
In the last 11 years, Lothian has trained over 80 apprentices. 55 of those have stayed with the company.
Jim Armstrong, Lothian’s Engineering Director, says: “We understand the importance and real value of helping develop technical and life skills amongst our young people to ensure that they go on to have successful lives and careers.”
