The five Wrightbus Gemini 3-bodied Volvo B5TLs are very well-equipped

The University of Wolverhampton has added five B5TLs with Wrightbus Gemini 3 bodywork to its in-house fleet, supplied by Volvo Bus (02476 210250).

Says Transport and Travel Co-ordinator Chris Robinson: “The B5TLs that we have leased are easily accessible and they are fitted with USB sockets, wi-fi and CCTV, allowing every student to make the most of their travel time between campuses.

“Furthermore, the University of Wolverhampton prioritises sustainability and we recognise that the Volvo chassis and its Euro 6 engine will deliver lower emissions and offer a more fuel-efficient journey.”

The buses will be maintained by Volvo dealership Hartshorne Motor Services at Walsall on a Gold Contract and they will be used to link campuses in Telford, Walsall and Wolverhampton.
