Claire Bywater, a bus driver from Bangor has been shortlisted for Arriva Wales' "Busketeer" award.
Claire, 48, has been recognised for the award which gives praise to drivers that always go that extra mile to show customers how much they care.
She says: "I have spent 30 years in the industry and 17 of those have included working for Arriva.
"To win the overall award would be my career's high point."
The last five regional winners will then battle it out to become the ultimate Bus Driver of the Year at Arriva's glamorous ‘Made A Difference’ Awards gala dinner in April.
