Wheelchair restraint specialist Koller Engineering is celebrating two decades of holding ISO 9001:2015 certification.
This continuing recognition means that Koller’s customers can have a high degree of confidence in its products thanks to a fostering of continual improvement, traceability and best practice.
“We have now held ISO 9001 certification for 20 years, reflecting our commitment to quality and to assuring our customers that we always strive for the best,” says MD Dean Koller.
“We’re delighted that our continued hard work has been recognised and we are proud to have met this standard for so many years. It provides further proof that we are serious about service.”
The Yeovil-based firm continues to expand, and Dean adds that Koller has invested in its management systems to ensure that it provides “an unrivalled and personal service” while still meeting customers’ developing needs.
ISO 9001 is a globally-recognised standard for quality management systems. It provides a framework and a set of principles to ensure continual customer satisfaction.
