Ellisons Travel has taken delivery of its first Yutong in the form of a TC9 midi, supplied by Pelican Bus and Coach.
It has been built to order with 28 seats in black leather and accompanying cream trim. Legroom is adjusted accordingly to take account of the reduced capacity. Wood-effect flooring, USB and 240-volt power sockets and a floor-mounted rear toilet are also part of the midicoach’s specification.
Power comes from the customary Cummins B6.7 engine developing 320bhp coupled to a ZF EcoLife automatic gearbox. Exterior finish is in the St Helens operator’s established dark metallic colour with star logos, complemented by highly polished allot wheels.
The sale was completed for Pelican by Area Sales Manager Amelia Crump. Speaking about the deal, UK Coach and Truck Sales Manager Simon Collins says: “We are very proud to supply Ellisons with this market-leading coach.
