CMAC Group has named Paul Wardle as Director of Group Operations. He will lead the ground transportation, accommodation and disruption management specialist’s UK and EU operations centres to ensure 24/7 delivery for customers while developing strategies to enhance efficiency, strengthen the supplier’s performance, and drive growth.
Mr Wardle brings almost a decade of operational leadership experience. He has managed large-scale teams, transformation projects and multimillion-pound portfolios across north-west England.
CMAC Group Chief Operating Officer Matthew Ratcliffe says that Mr Wardle has been chosen “for his people-first leadership, ability to optimise resources, and his commitment to building scalable processes – and we are very pleased to have him join our team.
