Charlise Executive Travel has taken delivery of two new Volvo B8R coaches with MCV Evotor bodywork.

The Ipswich-based operator, which now has a fleet of 14 vehicles, says the 53-seaters will be used mainly on Ipswich School contracts in the week and private hires at weekends.

The PSVAR-compliant Evotor coaches come with USB charging at all seats, 360-degree cameras and toilets.

Stefan Elwood, Charlise Executive Travel Operations Supervisor, says: “Investing in the Volvo Evotor isn’t just about upgrading our fleet — it’s about future-proofing our business.

“Volvo’s reliability and the Evotor’s smart engineering give us the edge we need. With demand growing, this investment positions us to meet customer expectations while maximising long-term value.”
