Staff at Arriva’s Guildford depot have been working with local charity, Care and Consideration With a Smile, to support the organisation’s work in the local area.
The charity aims to improve the lives of people with hidden disabilities by educating those who own or manage local public space and amenities, and providing advice for those who have a hidden disability.
Arriva employees have undergone awareness training to help them understand and identify how they can help individuals with hidden disabilities use the public transport system.
