A free coach was provided by Bakers Dolphin to enable pupils and staff from a primary school in the coach tour operator’s Weston-super-Mare home town to watch a VIP performance of Oliver.
Ninety children and nine staff members from Ashcombe Primary School were taken across the town to Worle Community School (WCSA) for a performance of the musical by students, followed by lunch. The Ashcombe youngsters also gained experience working alongside students at the WCSA-based Jill Dando News Centre.
John Clark, Headteacher of Ashcombe Primary School, thanked Bakers Dolphin for its support and generosity.
