Hollinshead Coaches of Biddulph has take delivery of its first Yutong TC9, supplied by Pelican Bus and Coach.

It has 35 half-leather seats and a wood-effect floor, and power is from a Cummins ISB6.7 engine coupled to a ZF EcoLife automatic gearbox.

“We were due to upgrade one of out midicoaches in 2019. We wanted something with a big coach feel and a high specification for our growing corporate client base,” says Director Stephen Haydon.

“Initially the TC9 will be used to service a contract for a multinational company before moving on to more traditional coaching in the summer of 2019.

“Cummins/ZF is a proven combination and the service so far from Pelican has been first class.”
